Who we are
This website, legalbundleai.co.uk, is run by Exact Solutions, the trading name of Exact Profiles Consulting Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 03057154). Our registered office is 52 High Street, Pinner, Middlesex HA5 5PW. We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

This notice covers this website only. When chambers use the Legal Bundle AI app, that use is covered by our agreement with each chambers.
What we collect
- Demo requests: when you email us to book a demo, your name, email address, chambers and whatever else you include.
- Website analytics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It doesn’t use cookies, and Cloudflare states that it doesn’t collect visitors’ personal data.
- Technical data: Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
Please don’t send us client or case details through this website.
How we use it and our lawful basis

We won’t add you to a marketing mailing list without your separate consent, and we don’t sell personal data.
Who we share it with
- Cloudflare, Inc., which hosts this website and provides the analytics.
- Our email provider, Microsoft (Microsoft 365), which holds the emails we send and receive.
These providers act on our instructions. We may also share data where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365, and Microsoft’s data protection addendum sets out the safeguards for any transfer outside the UK. Cloudflare is based in the United States. Where Cloudflare transfers personal data outside the UK, it is protected by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK Addendum in Cloudflare’s data processing agreement. Cloudflare also participates in the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
We keep demo requests and related correspondence for 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer, in which case our customer records policy applies. We then delete it.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- ask for a copy of your personal data
- ask us to correct or delete it
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it
- ask for data you gave us in a portable format

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
