Single sign-on with the Microsoft accounts your chambers already manages. There are no separate usernames or passwords, and when someone leaves, removing their chambers account removes their access.

- Administrators can set a monthly usage limit for each member, and the app enforces it.

- Every question box is marked privileged and confidential, and the screen carries a standing reminder to verify responses before relying on them.
